Since its first collaboration with Carl Hansen & Søn in 2015, the design trio EOOS has continued to develop a new design typology that offers supreme comfort and versatility in a variety of settings. Connected by the playful motif of a kite in flight which features throughout, the poetic Embrace Collection presents an intriguing interplay of handcrafted solid wood, cool steel, and soft, casual upholstery.

E300 Embrace Sofa

With a streamlined wooden frame on raised legs for a lighter silhouette, the E300 Embrace Sofa is a modular design that adapts to changing needs. Consisting of ten individual modules, the sofa offers versatility to contemporary homes.

Embrace Outdoor Series

Continuing the distinctive characteristics of the E005 Embrace Armchair and the E020 Embrace Table, the Embrace Outdoors Series presents a new typology for outdoor furniture that brings indoor comfort and versatility to outdoor spaces.

EOOS

Designer

マーティン・バーグマン、ゲルノット・ボーマン、ハラルド・グリュンドルから成るオーストリアのデザイナー集団EOOSは、1995年にウィーンで結成されました。3人は根源的なルーツをコンテンポラリーな感覚で蘇らせ、「詩的分析」と呼ばれるユニークなプロセスにより作品を創造しています。その手法では、神話、儀礼、直感的な表現に焦点を当て、第一印象を超えた、奥行きのあるつながりを作り出します。

EOOSはデザインを詩的な創作と見なし、そこから生み出されるものは変化するニーズや欲求に対応できなければならないと考えています。
